Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 20% forfeit of the total booking price.
Cancellation within 1 day of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.

Payment Policy:
A deposit of 20% of the total is required to secure your reservation.
The balance for Lodge guests is payable upon arrival.  

Minimum Stays:  
Beach Break offers bookings for Weekends: Fri - Mon (3 nights) and Midweek: Mon-Fri (4 nights)
Stays may be combined into 1 week (7 nights) or longer.
